Wash the potatoes well and nick at interstice of 3 mm, but do not cut them through. Whisk olive oil with grated lemon peel, lemon juice, chopped rosemary and spices. Rub the marinade into the potatoes then bake them on a baking tray lined with baking paper in an up to 180 °C preheated oven for ca. 40 minutes. Blanch yellow beans in salted water. Then shape the yellow beans into bunches and wrap each bunch in bacon. Bake the bunches with the potatoes in oven for ca. 8 minutes.
